Big News! Huge!

I finally finished my Mystery Stole! Woo Hoo! Its blocking right now. Why isn't there a picture of the blocking stole, you ask? Because its covered in towels right now, spread out on the only floor space in my stash room, which desparately needs cleaning out. Ramius has a thing for pins, so I have to cover lace after I get it pinned out and sprayed with water, so he doesn't unblock the thing before it has a chance to dry.

So, today I will distract you with the pretty colors of my Flower Basket Shawl. OOooooh, pretty! I can't tell you how much I'm loving the way the colors are blending from one to another. I think I'm coming up on some yellow soon. (FYI: The yarn is handspun from some Merino/Silk in the Iris colorway from Kendig Cottage.)

Oh, that shawl is going to be stunning! It already is, and it's not even finished or blocked! Kudos the yarn dyer/spinner and the knitter!
