Pogona

yarma
Pogona is all finished up and blocked!  Logan wanted to wear it, but I knew you wouldn't be able to see either of them if they were together.  I followed the pattern, but kept going so I could use as much yarn as possible.  I have less than a hexipuff's worth left.  The yarn I used is Tempted's Hand Painted Prissy Grrl Sock in Echo.  The yarn base is Alpaca/Silk/Cashmere.  You can imagine how soft and drapey this yarn is.  I think if you actually knit socks out of it, they would slide right off your feet into a puddle of softness.  It's great for shawls and scarves though.  The color is a dark ivory - almost the color of tea, prepared by children:  way too much milk and probably way too much sugar also.  It's a good neutral though.

It was a fun knit, and once I understood what the pattern was doing, went pretty quickly.  The shape is interesting but should be fun to wear.
